1. Introduction

Welcome to The Glovebox ("the App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App, operated by RDO Sports Tech ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

 

2. Personal Data Collection

We collect the following personal data from users:

• Email address

• First and last name

Users may also enter the first and last names of their athletes and specific data related to their performance. No financial data is collected or maintained by us. All payments for subscriptions are handled by a trusted third party.

3. Use of Personal Data

The personal data collected is used for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services. 

 

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that the data they enter into the App is accurate and up-to-date. Users must not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

 

5. Discontinuation of Service

We reserve the right to stop maintaining or discontinue the App at any time, with a six-month notice period. This notice will be displayed on the App.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal data stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, the United States, and Australia, without regard to their conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
